1. Services

We provide graphic design and creative services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, visual identity, social media graphics, print design, and website design.

2. Project Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, information, images, logos, and other materials required for the project. Delays in providing materials may affect the project timeline.

3. Payment

A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final files or completed work are delivered. Project fees and payment terms will be confirmed before work starts.

4. Revisions

Clients may request revisions according to the agreed project package. Additional revisions or major changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

5. Approval & Final Delivery

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design. Once the final design has been approved, additional changes may be charged separately.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

Final approved designs are transferred to the client once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused concepts, drafts, and working files remain the property of the designer unless specifically included in the project agreement.

7. Portfolio Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, we may display completed projects in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits and payments for work already completed are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, the client may be responsible for payment for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

9. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery times are based on the information and feedback provided by the client. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or additional requests may extend the delivery date.

10. Website Services

For website projects, the client is responsible for providing accurate text, images, business information, domain and hosting access when required. Website maintenance, hosting, domain fees, and third-party services are not included unless specifically stated in the project agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver professional and high-quality services. However, we are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party services, hosting providers, platforms, or information supplied by the client.

12. Agreement

By placing an order or approving a project, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
